or with 30% rebate in case of immediate payment at public notary             € 14.000,-

  

€ 2.000,- of this amount will be paid to public notary, in order to pay building the paved paths, fences, toilets, showers, etc.

 

A total of 50 sites sums up to a total amount of € 100.000,-

For paved paths, etc. there are offerswith a sum of € 60.000,- available; the remaining part (€ 40.000,-) will be kept for additional work.

 

3. The company can take responsibility for site rental (if requested by purchaser) with a guaranteed lease of € 3.600,- per year,

This results in a total net return of more than 25% per year.

Payment of tenants will be done by year in advance.

Costs for electricity and water will be paid separately by tenant.
